Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unopened and in its original, new condition.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping for all eligible returns. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
Return Process

- Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all original contents.
- Attach the prepaid return shipping label to the package.
- Drop off the package at your nearest shipping location.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your account.
