How Do I Return an Item?
We definitely want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you'd like to return, we're happy to help you with a return based on our return policy outlined below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Our CoLymph MO Scalp Serum can take up to 8 weeks for some people to see results. If you’re one of those people, we don’t want you to give up. We’ll accept returns of new and used serums for any reason up to 30 days from the ship date. To qualify for a full refund, the package must be postmarked within 30 days of the ship date. We ask that you mail the original item(s) back to us, including your name and order number on the package.
Ingestible items including but not limited to herbal supplements, probiotics, vitamins or other food items are not returnable and not eligible for a refund. Here at Holistic Viewpoint, we strive for maximum safety and maximum results. Our ingestible products are manufactured in GMP certified in the US facilities registered through the FDA. If you have a known allergy or sensitivity, please review our ingredients before the purchase. Please contact our customer support team should you need any assistance - we are here to help.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a five to ten business days.
Exchanges (if applicable)

We do not refund shipping charges or provide free return shipping labels.

For a full refund, please return the entire purchase. Incomplete returns will be issued partial refunds.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
