he first probiotic formulated for the half of gut health no one talks about.
112B CFU | 24 research-backed strains | Prebiotics + Probiotics + Gut-Lymph Complex
Most gut routines support the microbiome and stop there. The CoLymph® Lymphbiotic doesn't. Built by our clinic practitioners, it's a 3-in-1 daily synbiotic designed for both halves of your gut: the microbiome that ferments, balances, and absorbs — and the intestinal lymphatic system that drains, clears, and protects. One capsule. Three architectures. The complete foundation a gut routine should have always had.*
What makes this different?
A standard probiotic adds bacteria. Ours does three things — at once.
1. Prebiotic fuel. Fructooligosaccharides (FOS), the soluble fiber that feeds your beneficial bacteria so they can actually do their work.*
2. 112 billion CFU. 24 research-backed strains. A high-dose of good bacteria. Selected across five domains of whole-body wellness — not just digestion. (Details below.)*
3. The Gut-Lymph Support Complex. Three botanicals chosen for what they bring to the drainage side of gut health: gut-barrier support, a stronger gut lining, and internal warmth to boost drainage (this is the layer no other probiotic includes!)*
Together, they work to help:
- Fight bloating & puffiness*
- Support regular, daily bowel movements*
- Fight constipation & loose stools*
- Ease digestion*
- Support gut lymphatic drainage & flow*
- Strengthen the gut barrier integrity & fight "leaky gut"*
- Support immunity*
- Support energy*
- Balance the skin*
- Support metabolic health*
Why your gut has two halves:
Your gut microbiome is the conversation everyone is having. Your intestinal lymphatic system is the one almost no one is.
Built into your gut wall is a network of small lymphatic vessels called lacteals, plus the gut-associated lymphoid tissue (GALT) — together, the drainage and immune-surveillance system of your digestive tract. Lacteals carry fluid, dietary fats, and cellular waste away from the gut wall. GALT helps your body distinguish friend from foe at the gut barrier, which is where most of your immune activity actually lives.
When the gut barrier weakens and your metabolic temperature decreases, drainage slows and the two halves stop cooperating. Supporting both — the microbial side and the lymphatic side — is what makes a gut routine complete.
Inside the formula: 24 research-backed strains, selected intentionally.
Every strain was chosen for a specific role, and every dose was set for a reason.
Intestinal Lymphatic Health (6 strains):
The largest blend in the formula. A strong, intact gut lining is the foundation of healthy lymphatic drainage — when the barrier is compromised, lymph flow and immune signaling suffer first. These strains were selected for their research-supported roles in gut barrier integrity, mucin production, and mucosal immune support — the work that keeps the lymphatic side of your gut functioning.
- L. rhamnosus LRa05 — among the most extensively researched strains for gut barrier integrity and mucosal immune function; the cornerstone of the lymphatic blend.
- L. paracasei LC86 — selected for its research-supported role in mucosal immunity and gut-wall resilience.
- B. breve BBr60 — included for its work on gut barrier function and the protective mucus layer.
- B. bifidum BBi32 — chosen for its research-supported role in supporting mucin production along the intestinal wall.
- B. animalis BA12 — selected for its work on mucosal immune support and gut flora balance.
- B. infantis BI45 — included for its research-supported role in early-life-style barrier support and gut-wall integrity.
Digestive Health & Gut Barrier (7 strains):
The everyday workhorses. These strains were selected for their research-supported roles in digestive comfort, regularity, and balanced gut flora — the foundation most people associate with "gut health."
- B. animalis subsp. lactis BLa80 — extensively studied for digestive comfort, regularity, and healthy gut transit.
- L. casei LC89 — researched for its role in maintaining balanced gut flora and supporting daily digestive comfort.
- Bacillus coagulans BC99 — a spore-forming strain selected for its researched resilience through stomach acid and its support of digestive ease.
- L. acidophilus LA85 — one of the most studied probiotic species for lactose digestion and gut flora balance.
- Streptococcus thermophilus ST81 — researched alongside L. bulgaricus for its role in supporting healthy digestion.
- L. bulgaricus LB42 — included for its traditional and researched pairing with S. thermophilus in supporting digestive function.
- Saccharomyces boulardii SB01 — a beneficial yeast (not a bacteria) included for its research-supported role in gut flora resilience.
Cardiovascular & Metabolic Health (4 strains):
The gut microbiome is in constant conversation with metabolic signaling. These strains were selected for their research-supported roles in healthy lipid metabolism, balanced post-meal response, and overall metabolic wellness.
- L. plantarum Lp90 — one of the most extensively researched probiotics in metabolic health, selected for its support of healthy lipid metabolism.
- L. gasseri LG08 — included for its researched role in supporting healthy body composition and metabolic markers.
- L. helveticus LH76 — selected for its research-supported role in cardiovascular wellness.
- L. curvatus LCr86 — included for its researched role in supporting balanced lipid metabolism.
Skin Microbiome & Barrier (4 strains)
The gut-skin axis is a well-documented connection: what's happening in your gut shows up on your skin. These strains were selected for their research-supported roles in supporting the skin barrier from the inside out.
- L. reuteri LR08 — researched for its role in supporting the gut-skin axis and skin resilience.
- L. salivarius LS97 — included for its research-supported work on skin clarity and barrier support.
- B. longum BL21 — selected for its researched role in skin barrier function and skin aging.
- L. fermentum LF61 — included for its researched role in supporting the skin's natural defenses.
Micronutrient Synthesis (3 strains):
Your gut microbiome is one of the body's most underappreciated micronutrient producers. These strains were selected for their research-supported roles in synthesizing key compounds your body uses for energy, mood, and cellular function.
- L. brevis LB01 — researched for its role in B-vitamin production within the gut.
- Lactococcus lactis LLa61 — selected for its researched role in folate (B9) synthesis.
- B. adolescentis BAC30 — included for its research-supported role in folate production in the gut.
The Gut-Lymph Support Complex:
Three botanicals, each chosen for a specific reason — together, they create the conditions in which probiotics actually thrive.
- Glutathione — for the barrier. A master antioxidant naturally produced in the body, often depleted by modern life. Included to support the integrity of the intestinal lining — the same lining your microbiome lives on and your lymphatics drain through. A stronger barrier = a quieter, better-functioning gut and lymphatic system.
- Boswellia Serrata Extract — for the lining. A botanical traditionally used and now studied for its support of the body's natural inflammatory balance and intestinal comfort. Included to help maintain a calm, resilient gut wall, aka the environment your probiotics need to do their job.
-
Cayenne Extract (4:1) — for warmth and flow. The gut is a warm-loving organ — its bacteria, its motility, and its drainage all perform best in a warm internal environment. Cayenne is included to bring gentle internal warmth to the gut, supporting circulation and creating the conditions in which beneficial bacteria thrive and lymphatic flow moves freely.
